It was supposed to be the 3rd but looks like they're saving it for the Summer. They're not taking any risks after "Unconditionally" even though it is selling the album.
"This Is How I Beat Susan Lucci's Record" needs to stay as a regular track, ain't nobody here for that to become a single, "Uncle" already broke Katy's Top 10 strike I don't want this to break her Top 100 one.
