The cover’s pose is fierce, but a little forced imo. As for the lyrics they aren’t very fierce =/

I'm pretty sure this comment is about MY submission, but I don't think every album cover has to be an actual picture (and not all of them are). This cover has nothing to do with Adele being "photoshopped" and everything to do with the fact that the original pic has been modified to look more artsy. The sharper lines and contrast, IMO, add to the fierceness. I thought the good sisses of ATRL appreciated art... Either way, I'll respect whatever decision is made in the end.
