Good For You was a big hit and SOL was already a hit by the time the album dropped and she still did less than 100k in SPS. Ariana had one moderate hit and that's it lol. There's no excuse as to why Ariana is doing much bigger numbers other than the fact that people just want Ariana's album more than they wanted Selena's

Revival did 117K in SPS
But yeah, Ariana always had a stronger fanbase(not necessarily larger, but they really buy her albums) therefore her first week sales are better. These are good numbers for her.

No? Selena had as many Top 10s as Ariana before the album. GFY went #5 and SOL was #18 in the week of the album release.

7-8 huge promo spots? Tons of promo singles (they are meant to push the album), a SNAPCHAT FILTER literally everywhere, BBMA performance in the week of the album release (which is one of the biggest promo spots you can have).

Selena did... Tonight Show, Today Show & Ellen. That's it.

Not to mention Selena didn't even perform her ****ing lead single ONCE And Ariana has performed DW countless times. Let's not.
