No, will.i.am said that last year that Fergie was still part of BEP. They just hired some girl to do the female vocals for some performances they already booked, they have done that before when Fergie was not available, even Nicole Scherzinger filled in for her during some event, since Fergie was pregnant back then.
Fergie's focus is solo atm, and will.i.am is also doing solo stuff this year.
