For all you meat haters, just remember that a lot of veggies are genetically modified. In order to reap the benefits, you have to eat ORGANIC. Your body will metabolize food differently. Meat is not bad for you, burnt meat is, as much as the charring in grilled veggies. Vegan is being on life support, it's something that will get you by. Taking pharmaceutical supplements takes a toll on your body more so than actually eating from the source.
