Yes, it's definitely a flop. It hasn't even sold 300k in the US yet, after almost 2 months worth of sales. This week it also set the record for the lowest selling #1 album EVER and those people that are saying the album is a streaming monster are incorrect. "Work" is a streaming monster and the only reason why the album is at the top. Once the streams / radio play dies down, the album is going to plummet down the charts.
Saying "it's number 1!!!111!" is great and all, but the sales are in the absolute pits and you know if any other pop girl was experiencing this right now, the Navy would be tearing them apart. Such hypocrisy.

Because the public didn't buy it. They downloaded the album for free. Great, she got her coins from Samsung but let's not pretend like 1.6 million people have bought this album, 600k have.
In terms of sales, yes! The album sales are really bad no one can deny that but overall it's charting well and people are clearly streaming the songs they just aren't willing to pay for it. :/

Pure sales are plummeting and no one is safe from this except adele and taylor...and streaming is replacing sales...Rihanna isn't flopping in the streaming department, in fact anti is doing well there.
