Yes, but still no where near the amount you all pay in the US. I could literally break my leg and all I'd have to pay for is the pain killers they prescribe me.
The only part of our heath care system that sucks is dental isn't covered, so that we have to pay for our of pocket.

Most people have insurance from work or school so we pay only 20% of that

"Most people" says it all. The fact that you can't provide affordable health care to everyone in your country is a disgrace. Stay fuming over our taxes though!
