Why are my faves so dumb? He deserves to be dragged. LOL at anyone downplaying this. Racism exists everywhere everyday. Even if you don't directly see it ...it's always happening and minorities are always feeling it's effect no matter what they're doing.

Racism definitely exists in London despite its seeking multiculturalism. I know there are already some clubs I can just forget about because they don't let POC in

I hope people saying "racism is rare" in London is actually specifically referring to yelling racial abuse. That may not be as common as the US because we actually have laws against hate speech here. But racism in general is not rare at all. It's much more insidous and fakes place in job and housing discrimination, sentencing and police stop and frisk procedures. And now that I'm old enough to rave, I realised that many clubs openly discriminate too as there are no checks.
Don't think it doesn't exist just because it's not verbalized. We are only PC through communicstion, in reality institutionalized racism is still real.

Yes, but his out-cry seems a bit over the top. Thus further showing what little life experience he may or not may have. It's always unsettling to face racism so blatantly but this comes off like someone who's literally experiencing it for the first time. As if the world is new to him.
He meant no harm. I can kinda see why people think it's a little ignorant but this is just the first time he's seen racism first hand.
