The Way He Looks is phenomenal! Did you know that it's based on a short (~18 mins) film, with the same cast? Both short and long versions are amazing.

Jurassic World is a nice action film, but it doesn't come close to the original JP (my favorite movie ever).


Big Hero 6 is the best Marvel movie. Poor Robert Downey Jr.

Pretty much all my list for this year's Best Of consists of releases other than 2015 too. I wanted to start the next Best of 2016 completely based off the actual year's releases to be more fair.

Mess. It's not even her best track (one that is actually Top 4) and ended up on the worst part of the list, so THERE.

But yeah, Marvel really did a straight up out of this world job on Jessica Jones and Daredevil both current 2015 releases; that even third place is essentially first for The Flash anyway.

I never really liked Piece By Piece (the song) no matter how personal that song is. It's just me, I guess.

I really enjoyed All About That Bass from last year, not even gonna deny that one.

Yes, Style was also one of the first tracks that I loved from 1989 upon the first listen.

I really hated BBHMM with passion at first but damn when it grew on me.

I'd be a hypocrite if I say that I didn't like Marvin Gaye. Charlie's voice maybe too polarizing at times but it sometimes works.

So glad Big Hero 6 is #1 on your list of movies. It's definitely in my top 3 Disney animated features of all time. The part where Tadashi dies really hit me. The ending and villain reveal were both quite well done also. If I'm honest Disney > Pixar with movies lately.

Daredevil is amazing. If Jessica Jones is half as good I'll need to check it out. I started watching The Flash but I got too busy. I need to pick it up again, if only for Grant Gustin. I think it's true we're in a golden age for TV atm.

Love quite a few of your song choices also.

1. I'm not big on lyrics in general since my attention doesn't hone in on everything but when it comes to my favorite artists, I pay extra attention how emotional it is for them to write them. Kelly's in particular is a full circle kind of thing regarding BOY and her struggles since then.

2. True. Meghan just took me by surprise by a quality single.

3. Justice for Style.

4. I wasn't a big fan of it initially but after hearing Kelly's cover of it, it really just took over my life for awhile.

5. Weird that I hear that sometimes about Charlie. Hearing him is great but I can tell that he struggles sometimes with his technique.

I'm so mixed on wanting a sequel since this was such a fantastic stand alone film and sequels are really dicey with animated films (Toy Story being the sole exception that I can think of).

Give it a chance; it's so unconventional for a fallen superhero show but it's charming (especially after you see Luke Cage in it). And yeah, it's getting far along now in its midseason finale three weeks ago.

Both his debut album and his re-release are really strong all things considered. I'm glad Nick is doing extremely well artistically. Who Knew he'd be slaying me like this 5 years later after the break up of Jonas Brothers.
