I don't really care bout ****stars in general, male or female. Has nothing to do with her being a woman, so at everyone coming for me: please FOH

I'm sure you give a **** about them when you watch them for your own pleasure. Have some decency.

Disgusting. If one of your friends or your sister/mother told you they got raped, would you doubt them and question the truth behind it? If so, I hope you rot.

Umm women have made up the rape allegation before. The Duke lacross players say hi.

|
Yes because rape is rape and I honestly think that men can be raped just as likely as women.

MESS @ the sexism in your post. Fighting sexism with sexism is not the answer. The people who are s***-shaming her and saying she HAS to be making this up are totally in the wrong, but responding with "men are trash" and "we instantly have to believe all woman who accuse people of rape!" isn't the answer either. There's no evidence one way or another, so the objectively correct thing for us to do is sit and wait to see what happens and go from there.
It is true that, statistically, most women DO NOT fake rape allegations. However, it has happened and is possible. Two tweets by her are not even close to meeting the standard of "beyond a reasonable doubt," and it is fair to point out the two year gap is a little strange (both of which would be pointed out in a courtroom as well). Not saying she lied, not saying she's telling the truth. Both are 100% viable now

If the reverse was happening people wouldn't be jumping to the guys defense. People on here would be saying things like he should be lucky etc... Let's not act like a double standard doesn't exist here. I'm saying lets not take anyone's word for it.

??? **** (of adults) is both legal and taxed in the United States.
There is a definite lack of awareness when it comes to female-on-male rape, but that's not the issue here. There's no reason not to believe her, unless you think promiscuous women are by nature not to be believed.

James Deen is not even that attractive. Toni Ribas and Ramon Nomar >>>
If this is real then he deserves to be punished.

Likewise, there's no reason to believe her. There's no evidence either way. I don't understand why it's so hard for people to simply take a neutral standpoint in this when that's exactly what should be done.
That said, the s***-shaming in this thread is a HUGE problem, but don 't respond by going too far in the other direction either.

Seriously. Who cares if she does p***? That's her choice. It's not the one I'd make, but it's the one she made. It doesn't make her less of a person and it doesn't make her any more or less reliable than anyone else

And she'll survive the s***-shaming. Wrong is wrong. Period. The s***-shaming in this thread is terrible, but your misandristic, ignorant, offensive comments are also terrible. Both sides should be called out.

Prostitution is not legal in the US. Secondly, if the man paid for the sex she was having with him how is that rape...unless of course things really did happen as she said. I don't take anyone's word for it. Nor should you. That falls way closer to consent and far and away from rape given the money and the timing of the allegation sorry.

Most these people are "escorts" who are just paid to spend time with a client. What happens in that time is up to them.

Consent is on-going and can be withdrawn at ANY MOMENT at either party's discretion. No explanation needed. If she decided at some point she didn't want to have sex, he has to stop and vice versa
