In a general conversation, anyone should be allowed to have an opinion. The problem is when a bunch of people with no personal experience with certain issues being able to make life-changing laws, like when a bunch of old men sitting at congress decide to pass a law limiting the number of abortions a woman can have when they never have or never will be pregnant themselves.
Obviously, this isn't on that level, but when I said the opinions that matter most belong to the people who are effected by the issue, I meant in a context such as that.

I don't support abortion. Those people who want so bad to have sex should think twice before doing it if they don't want a child instead of aborting it like it's no big deal.

OT: I don't support abortion and I don't think it's wrong either, I simply believe it is a woman's choice. However, if a woman is getting pregnant and then aborting the baby on a regular basis, then they should be turned away at some point and use contraception. |
How am I oppressing women? 
As if my opinion on this will deter any woman who wants to have an abortion from having it, I simply don't understand. And as I mentioned before I think there are cases in which abortion isn't wrong, e.g if the mother's life is at risk.
As for my sig, it's a case of self-hatred.

If you're against abortion, then choose not to have one.

I support it only in the case of rape, threatening to the mother's health/life in general, and/or the baby will be born with extreme disabilities

To all the people on here saying that if you have sex, and get pregnant, that's your fault and now you have to deal with it.
Correct me if I'm wrong but it almost sounds like this is a "punishment"

Abortion is a very serious matter. Millions of lives shouldn't be devalued and cast away just for the sake of being "progressive" and sensational with the times. Life isn't something you simply "choose" to end or not.

Well, you could also say "Imagine if *insert serial killer* was aborted".
I mean, every sperm cell and egg cell could possibly become an amazing human being, doesn't mean every woman should be pregnant all the time. There's no way to know how the child will become.

Well...who's fault is then for their sexual desires? It's not that hard to think a bit before you do something , I mean...  they (well, women) can use anti-contraceptive or condoms but not even those are 100% sure to protect women from being pregnant

Notice nobody says that when the US goes and attacks another country, or Russia for exemple.
Notice nobody says that when ISIS kidnapped and killed all those people.
Notice nobody says that when they talk about whats happening with the refugees and that being the reason why they're escaping their country to come to Europe.

Of course anyone with a sound mind will be appalled by innocent lives being lost and empathetic to refugees

You aren't very attentive to politics are you?
If you look at the world right now and the people who are anti-abortion (and have power, which means they can make it the law and oppress women) are against it but aren't against war.
A fetus =/= living, breathing person.
