I love Ke$ha and all, but I don't see Your Love Is My Drug entering the top 5 of Billboard. She can very well do it with her great airplay she is getting, but her digital sales need to IMPROVE is she is to further advance. If she is fighting with a song that DOESN'T HAVE A VIDEO YET, then that is saying something about either the song, or Alejandro (and it's not the latter). The video DID have impact, contrary to what others have said, but the impact needed to be bigger. I hope she promotes this and score her second no.1 (which seems unlikely at this point due to Airplanes, OMG, CBT, and CG hog up the digital sales!!!) And as for Gaga, WTF is she waiting for, this is a prime time to release Alejandro. Alejandro peaked at no.2 in Australia (without a video), no.4 in Canada and no.8 in America ALL WITHOUT A VIDEO. Bad Romance wasn't even this successful without a video, and considering this is the 3rd single from a multi-million selling album, THESE RANKINGS ARE GREAT! She needs the video NOW, and if it is as epic as Telephone or Bad Romance, a no.1 in all of the aforementioned countries as well as others will be assured!

I said "California Gurls" as a POP ANTHEM, ESOM's genre is RAP, and also, why are you so serious about opinions? I didnt even compared the two based on their popularity but only in their elements of the lyrics ...

I didn't call ESOM a Rap anthem I called it an anthem in general for all music. And if California Gurl really is an anthem for pop music? then it must really be dead! just saying
