I love how Gaga has one UNDERPERFORMING album (not even a straight up flop) and she's deemed a "huge irrelevant flop" yet the other girls can have multiple underperforming albums and still be icons/legends.

Even the haters have such high standards for the queen.

Sis Gaga wins in every deparment except album sales but Gaga sold as much as Avril without debuting in a time where album sales were HUGE.

Comparing era by era makes no sense because both debuted in different sales climates so of course her 4th era was bigger.

The only one she influenced mainstream wise was Nicki, and Nicki suffered that in 2012.

Avril had a lot of flop clones back in the day, I don't have time to search them, but Kelly clarkson went from pop tracks like Miss Independent to pop rock tracks like Low, Hillary duff's so yesterday was also a complicated clone, and she was huge back in the day, she might be a good example of the Avril trend.

By this definition, Avril basically hasn't even released music since the Goodbye Lullaby era kicked off. That and Avril Lavigne flopped harder than G.U.Y.

She influenced Katy's entire image. That's bigger than someone putting a poprock track on an album that sounds nothing like Sk8er Boi
