Albums still sold very well into the mid-2000's, so I don't know why you're acting like albums stopped selling entirely after 2001. And she did it multiple times, while the majority of those artists you listed did it only once, so it is still a major accomplishment no matter how much you try to degrade it.
Speaking of lacking accomplishments, how come your real fave (who I won't disclose for the sake of WP's) has received ZERO diamond albums despite releasing albums in the 80's, 90's, and early 2000's, all time periods in which albums sold incredibly well, despite the fact that you try to overrate her success and take down Britney's? Was she a non-factor since "everyone and their mother" (your words, not mine) was getting diamond-certified albums back then and she wasn't?
