I personally think Bey's "moment" is gone as well since she can't even score a top 10 hit worldwide despite locking up the biggest producers & songwriters up in her mansion for an entire month. I mean, she's become an album selling artist (only in the US, her album sold less than ARTPOP if we exclude English-speaking countries). She's kinda like a more famous Susan Boyle.
Do you honestly think Beyonce's care about hits? She only promoted the album once WW and then she went on tour, and did not even tour overseas except in Paris twice. At the end of the day, Gaga has a lot to prove and we can talk about "actuals" but at the end of the day, her impact was from 2009 - 2012. Let's hope she can bounce back.

Why else would she lock up the biggest producers & songwriters in the industry in her mansion for an entire month? Now, she's not THAT desperate like a Katy or a Nicki who would sell one of their parents to Dr. Luke for a smash hit, but she definitely cares about them hits. Just because she's incapable to score one and she acts unbothered doesn't say much.
