Anyways...
Enjoy your scattershot discography, Beyhive. Not to mention that FOB write all their music (with consistency) and don't need 50+ writers and producers to make an album worthy of only 62 on Metacritic.

Yes. Let us enjoy our Beyoncé albums and you keep enjoying your 1D albums

Anyone who refers to self-titled as a "gimmick" is bothered and biased. The material of the album has already been cited as being able to stand up to the release strategy. Artist usually improve as time goes by. Her scores improved with each release (sans IASF).

Besides, my other faves released In Rainbows with only ten days' notice and a pay-what-you-want model, which was actually risky. They also didn't have the support of a major label, but still managed to sell 3M+ copies, and they scored more acclaim than Beyonce.
So Radiohead basically did it first, and then FOB did it with videos.

You say this as if Radiohead are some unknown band. They are huge and extremely loved and respected WW.

Scalp a bit
You forgot to mention they produce all their music too (except Infinity on High). The definition of artistic integrity tbh

"Siri, what year did Dangerously in Love come out?"
"June 20, 2003".
Don't ever come for Britney when you just unearthed a 12 year receipt.

Mija, I don't agree with anything the beyhive has said so far, but I think the good sis meant Drunk In Love (went #2 in 2014)

Wow, so original!
Is Beyonce's music supposed to be more appealing to adult men (which we all are) than Fall Out Boy's?

Well, they worked with Neal Avron to produce most of their discography if I'm not mistaken, but that's typical for most bands.
Still, they are clearly more involved with the creation and display of their music, by writing all the lyrics, composing the songs, playing instruments during concerts, etc.
