You misinterpreted. I didn't make up a definition of "racism".
I said white people attacking (in a racially charged fashion) black people, compared to black people attacking white people, has a much more substantial magnitude of racism.
She insulted paying costumers. Not only was she racist, but unprofessional. Good luck finding another job, honey.
