We had a letter through the post the other day, saying we have downloaded too much. If I download a whole video it is nearly 200 MB and we are only supposed to download 2 GB a month :-/

I have tried downloading the 1.4 version of DVD to JPG converter, but it comes up with this error "ordinal data" thing, so I'm kinda stuck, Athens may know on what I could do.

The only way I can make the avatar GIF today is if someone posted me the frames they wanted, but not everyone has the Video to JPG software
