She did all that in the past not right now, right now people are laughing at her, not buying her albums, etc..
so according to your logic she is a C List,
I just asked the person who sit next to me in the library, he said he knows Gaga and he know her music and she's an A List
PS: Gaga's brand is not just about music 
to answer your question right now Gaga just won a GRAMMY, was the most talked about artist of a night about movies, came off a tour where she grossed 88m dollars, etc..

But anyone who says C or D lister is simply delusional. She still a powerful celebrity with (rather) strong (social) media presence and that even tho ARTPOP underperformed.
It is like y'all don't even know what C/ D listers are. The jersey shore cast falls in that category but not her

Yes she's A-list. You rarely ever lose your A-list status unless you literally disappear off the public eye.

I don't know if you're reading at all but I've been saying in the thread that she's B-List, look at the polls too. I'm done with the delusion though, you can twist it around as much as you want. Lady Gaga is NOT an A-Lister and you know that from the moment her two past albums (or the singles spawned from them) went almost completely unnoticed by the GP.

So you're saying Madonna is not A List anymore, good to know.
Pretty sure Applause spent 14 weeks in the top 10 & got 200m+ views, I'd hardly call that unnoticeable and you say I'm the delusional one, look around you everyone is disagreeing with you except a certain fanbase.

What amuses me even more is how much weight people put on artpop. It wasn't a Paula (Robin Thicke's last album) for crying out loud! It still went #1 and had an 80million+ grossing tour. And for a flop album and a flop/messy era you have to admit that's quite an accomplishment.
She literally fired her manager before her tour began and had more **** happen. Y'all feeling bad for Iggy for her tour issues & hate; look at Gaga!! she still put on a successful tour despite all of the ********. Don't act like she's irrelevant just because you hate her.

Gaga outsold, outgrossed, won more awards, more acclaim, etc.. than all of her peers since she debuted same thing with Britney when she outsold all her peers and Madonna did the same thing 
Legend X is the voice of our generation her voice alone will live for a long time and nobody agrees with you except your fellow members from your fanbase.

No, we don't. Gaga has craved herself into something that just can't be removed or forgotten. Even if people are not interested in her music, people will never refer to her as "that girl who did Just Dance". On top of that, she is respected and celebrated as a artist. Did you note notice how major publications who have bashed ARTPOP are now retreading their previous comments about it, one of them calling it an underrated album.
