Beyoncé and Katy didn't even perform their current singles or anything.
The winners weren't right. Not a lot of big names performers and none of them where buzz worthy or great this year. Not even Beyoncé and she usually is. It's because she didn't perform a single like "7/11" or "Flawless" or even "Ring Off".
it has little to do with the setlist or the number of big names involved. TV viewership has been declining overall year-to-year anyways. just like album sales.. remember those?
Poor performer / performance choices. I was so confused when they released their performers list and I've yet to figure out why on earth half of those people were on stage. A Super Bowl-style pay-for-your-performance package tea.
Sitting through this year I told myself it would be the last time. The build up is exciting as a Stan, but the actual show is boring and the actual winners are predictable
People will try, time and time again, to use ratings to prove that an artist has more "power" than another. But there is literally no excuse this time. With award shows, you never know how many people are going to tune in.
Considering most of the pop girls were there, you would think it would have been one of the highest. Maybe people just don't care to watch it anymore. I was incredibly boring IMO. Too many ballads.
