I'm getting so confused with what to call him[her] now. Shouldn't s[he] change his[her] name now to something womanly?
This is tragic though. :\
Bruce has the right to be called whatever she wants. And I am upset with people using the wrong pronouns, but that's really the least pressing issue right now.
If you're reading this, and you or your family have ever been affected by a car crash (whether it was recently or a couple of decades ago) - I'm so sorry for your loss.
My mum lost one of her brothers in a car accident when he was only my age. None of my siblings or I ever met him or knew him. Mum said it was one of the worst things that's ever happened to her. Losing someone suddenly always makes it harder.

This car wreck is horrible.
The people using male pronouns are probably just not thinking too hard about it and are used to thinking of him as a man and associating the name Bruce with a man, you're being very social justice warriory right now.
This. He won't be convicted but he'll be charged. This is inexcusable and so sad for the person who was killed. I hope Bruce or whatever it is now can comprehend what he just did. His carelessness killed someone all because he didn't want his picture taken. Seriously he's like 70 and he still needs to grow up.
Forgive me if this is inconsiderate, but how did this end up in death? It just looks like someone got rear-ended. Was the victim wedged in between the two cars? Was he a paparazzi? Bruce looks like a passenger in the back seat.
edit: wait no, I think I now see he's the driver of the SUV

the car went into traffic and got hit hard by a hummer
Well the pictures of the last few weeks, he seems lost and like he doesn't know where he is, or what he's doing. And if he caused the car accident like the report says, I think I'm right, a lot of people are chased by paps, but never get into this level of accidents.
That's literally all circumstantial; none of that is evidence
