Leading up to the release of The Pinkprint, the saline injected chanteuse teased the public with a series of freestyles and remixes to get everybody hype. A lot of people were excited because many of these tracks showed Nicki spitting her best bars since her mixtape days, which was certainly refreshing after she'd spent the past 3 years rapping nursery rhymes over crappy EDM beats.
Here are the ones I've been popping my bussy to the most:
Got your girl saying I want to do foo-foo
Got your girl at my front door in a tutu
Yeah, she got that million dollar mouth, ooh, ooh
Spenz and dyeing on a beast, say ooh, ooh
See me grabbin on my tooly
She told me smack her on the booty
I was really anticipating LP1 after hearing Two Weeksus,
but to be honest the album wasn't everything I'd hoped it would be
The production is amazing, but a lot of the songs are just loud and noisy,
with random honks and clanks thrown in where they don't belong
not to mention her breathy mosquito vocals and her kooky harmonies on some songs
I mean, don't get me wrong, I get why all the Pitchforkian music snobs type essays about how this album is ~groundbreaking while they inhale their farts through an oxygen mask
I get the *~art~*
I get the appeal
I get it, I get it
no Drake
I do still listen to the alberm from time to time,
and I don't hate it just because some of the tracks sound like a fender bender
Here's two of my fave tracks
her music is tuneless, but her baby hairs are laid, so you should stan
I discovered this show last year in the Spring and
Wow
I would advise anyone who's anyone to watch this show
It's the perfect mix of drama and comedy
The characters are relatable, and their stories are interesting
There are even some cute men for the shallow sistrens (not Lip ugly, no-neck ass)
Sheila is the queen of the entire show. This show would be nothing without Sheila.
