Hearing this makes me wonder what a cop would have to do to get indicted in the US, because it looks like violating a clear and explicit law ON CAMERA isn't enough to do it.
Admittedly the results of the Ferguson issue didn't evoke much emotion from me because I know that the details of the event were somewhat complicated and self-defense laws can be weird in the US. But I am FUMING at this result. I genuinely want to know what the reasoning was for the cop not being indicted, because I can't think of a single reason why this shouldn't have AT LEAST gone to trial, let alone have the cop be found guilty.
The US needs to do something about the disgusting amount of leniency it gives it cops, because this is appalling
