I never got why Britney's videography is so praised, it's pretty basic to me. 
Anyway I'm gonan go with Taylor, literally all of her video's are boring.

Well her videos at the time of release captured the attention of the masses, and so the praise came from that and also how important she was to pop culture. They're also really iconic. But ya, as a whole her videos rarely have any artistry in them, and range from cheesy to tacky.

I saw a trophy in Pretty Hurts, Drunk in Love and Grown Woman. It's like she thinks we aren't going to notice things like that. What does she think she's doing? Creating coherence or something?
But really though, they are the same to these people because there is not much else to say aside from typical comments about some of her videos being "cheap", and since that comment says nothing relevant about the quality of the video (Single Ladies being one of the biggest videos of all time), the result is they just make up things.

No one has a "worst" from that list because I don't consider any of them to truly have any bad videos but the least exciting videography is probably Taylor's or Beyoncé's.
