Who is spreading these lies? There were 10 male dancers in stage, 7 of them were with JLo in her Dance Again World Tour. 6 Of them dance with her almost exclusively since 2011.
And 5 of them dance with her since 2001/2002.
These dancers/coreographers are not exclusive, they work for everybody.
But IF YOU WANT I CAN NAME TO YOU AT LEAST 10 DANCERS/CHOREOGRAPHERS WHO WORKED WITH JLO BEFORE WORKING WITH BEYONCE.
It's clear that they are like coke and Pepsi, but i don't any of them think about the other when they are deciding how to perform a song.
Anyway, JLo is superior. Once you see Beyoncé performing, you feel amazed but you know what to expect exactly. JLo goes Hip Hop, girly, latin, etc - it's very hard to limit her as a performer, while Beyoncé is very limited to the same kind of music and the same dance style.
