I love the idea of gender neutrality and breaking stereotypes. I just wanna live in a world where all these things that don't define you don't matter. And no, being a "boy" or a "girl" should NOT define you, neither should your colour of skin nor your sexuality.
Someday we have to start realizing these ideas, and this school just did. However, I don't agree with forced gender neutrality. People should still be allowed to identify as whatever they want, including cis-genders, and this school is obviously dictating and forced EVERYONE else to believe in their ideals and reality.
This brings me to my last point. Since gender neutrality isn't hurting anyone, why is there all this fuss? I guess it's because it's making people uncomfortable since everything they've been taught and their "reality" is kinda falling apart. They'd have to question themselves, which seems to be too stressful, so they decide bashing everything, even if it's a good, peaceful thing like gender neutrality. Same things have happened with religion and atheists, racists and slaves, homophobes and Siegfried&Roy. Everytime society developes to a better, there's headwind.
