Beyoncé will have stopped making music by then, she'll have enough money and be a full time businesswoman instead of a part-time one.
Taylor Swift will still be big for a while, and probably finally get some WW success.
Katy Perry has peaked and will probably take a different route the next album (acoustic pop), and be forgotten.
Gaga will be a nobody the next 3 years, but make a big comeback somewhere around 2017-2019. Remember that Gaga still writes songs on a daily base, and there's a much higher chance there's an album full of smash hits with 800 songs written than with 100 songs written. Next to that, she'll likely start making songs starting with the piano and acoustics again, and make a pop song off that instead of putting lyrics on an already existent production by Zedd or DJWS.
Rihanna will stay popular for a few years, but she won't be able to sustain her success. She truly doesn't care about her music it seems, and I don't expect her to promote her album that much. She'll probably get kids, too.

This, Beyonce will always be respected and known as a music figure and RIhanna will just generally be liked. Both of them wll continue to be successful in one are or another even if they stop topping the chart. Katy on the other hand, has nothing to fall back on (e.g fashion or touring) and willl easily be replaced.

The world is simply obsessed with Beyoncé, Rihanna has the versatility and likeability to stay on radio and Taylor has one of the biggest most loyal fanbases.
As for Gaga, who knows, but I think she will always have a place in pop music whether it be as a touring artist or simply a throwback jam.
I honestly see Katy ending up as the Paula Abdul of the bunch.
