I don't think we'll get Designer Drugs because she went into so much detail about what it sounded like- we'd be able to identify it if we heard it and she probably knows that. It also has a sung hook that is seemingly beyond her capability- Ellie is most likely on another song, Rita has already been used, Charli writes her own stuff- so who would sing it? That's seemingly why they scrapped it in the first place- after they couldn't get Rihanna. I doubt we'll get another female feature, I thought Iggy said she might put it on her 2nd album instead.
The only answer is for Iggy to sing it (here for this) or for her to write an alternate hook ala Leave It (here for this too) but I suspect she won't bother. She's also stingy enough to put her verses onto a new song so that we'd never find out. Hell she could've already done that
hopefully we get it someday, the description sounded perfect. Cheeks is cute but we already have that good live version of it (that's basically the studio one playing) so I really don't want it to take some other song's place.
