So if a song is Top 40 on Pop Radio, or H100 despite being over 1 year old, it can still chart. Y'all agree?

Exactly, but in three weeks if Echosmith were to be T20 on ATRL charts it should be eligible, but if it weren't T20 then pulling a Billboard would be logical

That's why I also included if it's on the H100 Top 40 still, for songs like 'Radioactive', 'Somebody That I Used to Know', etc. Just like even if Pop didn't pick up Cool Kids it would still be able to chart since it's currently Top 40 on Hot 100.

Week for September 29, 2014
Taylor swift tops the chart for a 2nd week, while 'Break Free' moves 3-2 (be on the lookout for 'Love Me Harder' which was sent to radios today and can finally chart as a single, plus likely make a splash in Top 10 next week). Besides 'Love Me Harder's upcoming splash, Lorde's 'Yellow Flicker Beat' will also probably make a splash.

Meanwhile, 'Blame' becomes the first Top 10 by a Male Artist, while right outside the Top 10 J. Lo and Azealia sport debuts at #12 and #15 respectively making their first debuts. Further, outside Top 20 Kendrick Lamar makes a surprising start at #24 with his new single 'i' while Gaga & Tony sport 2 debuts with 'Cheek 2 Cheek' being released.

Sam Smith rounds out debuts at #31, while Tove Lo gets another blasting single with 'Not On Drugs' at 35-26 and 'Habits' 5-4.

I'll prob stick w/ Tuesdays. Last.fm puts the new information for each week on Sunday or Monday morning, then usually Monday I'm busy and tryna get my life together from weekends, if not I start the chart work early, then have everything ready by Tuesday.
