I don't get it. Seeing as I'm central (eastern for some) Europe. There are hundreds of white people emulating Jamaican when the sing reagge. The enounciation I mean. There are rappers in Europe emulating gangsta etc and nobody is trying to strangle them

When Nicki uses a British accent, she isn't sounding white. Not all British people are White.
Yes. An African-American or someone of any race imitating a Jamaican accent may very well be offensive to Jamaican people.

It's nice to listen to hip-hop/rap but to up and decide you're going to be a rapper without understanding, appreciating, or living in the culture makes you a fraud.
