With all the promo for Bang Bang she probably wouldn't have proper time to devote to Anaconda's release and promotion. Bang Bang is being hyped up significantly so her single would get lost in the shuffle. It's actually smart. They also were probably unsure of Ari's status to perform since she just lost her grandpa. So that may have somethin to do with it too.
