Actually, standard estimates put PF at about 15m, BR at 12m, JD at 11M, Telephone at 9m+, and BTW at 9m to 10m. So your answer would be yes!

Just for clarification, Katy has sold more digital singles in the UNITED STATES than Gaga but when it comes to WORLDWIDE numbers, Gaga still has the lead.
Remember that the world isn't solely comprised of the United States, kids.
Whether you go off of Billboard or Microsoft, Lady Gaga has surpassed 150 million records worldwide without the need of constant #1 hits. She has done it with her pure talent and artistic abilities.
Lady Gaga and Rihanna will be the first artists of our generation to surpass 200 million records and there's nothing you can do about it but seethe from the distance where neither one can care for your tom foolery.

Why would anyone believe these Gagadaily lies? Singles don't just sell another 5 MILLION copies years after they've peaked, Gaga doesn't even have any songs charting in the ww itunes top 250

The 130 million singles figure has been reported by Universal Music Group, a major conglomerate made up of lots of music labels aka a company with people and the ability to track sales aka people with better skills at finding sales that immature teens on a pop forum.

Billboard work with Soundscan and they have WW sales but they don't report them. Billboard can have access to these sales when they want to report them.
