TLC made an offhand comment about Rihanna (we've seen it a lot, Lorde makes offhand comments, Iggy makes offhand comments) and Rihanna picked up on it, and (foolishly) responded. By giving them a smidgen of media relevance, TLC are milking it for all its worth, because it's all they've got to stay relevant. They're probably scrambling to rush-release new material so they can capitalise on the fact that people are saying "hey remember TLC?"
They better be quick though. This ~feud~ is already stale.

Saying these are "not real fights" is irrelevant. Just because Rihanna is an internet thug doesn't mean that everybody else feels the same way. And certain things said ONLINE are liable to be issues in the real world. I'm not saying anything online that I can't back up in real life. If you're not about that life, then don't talk tough like you are. Just because SHE isn't taking it that seriously doesn't mean the person she's spend hours cracking jokes about isn't.
I mean she called them old thots, depending on where you are that is literally enough to get you ****ed up calling anybody out of their name, better yet a thot
