To call something a flop u have to have in mind oter things too..
For example artpop was a bigger flop why? Cause its a third album and it had tons of promo

Bj had no promo..even the documentary n ellen was about vegas not the album itself...plus its her 8th album in her career that lately has been through a lot of damage cuz she doesnt care...
The fact that this album sold 600k ww can not be considered a flop..

SHAKIRA has made 40 k less than BJ WW did in 6 months in 11 weeks and is considered a flop, so 40k + = not a flop? ( I have recipents for that ablum if u want)
