Teenage Dream was still a massive era nonetheless, but TFM was bigger. This was Gaga at her prime that we're talking about.

This is my point though, Gaga in The Fame Monster era was iconic, not the music itself. Bad Romance is the only iconic thing about The Fame Monster, Telephone to a lesser extent, and Alejandro isn't really iconic at all.
Looking at the Teenage Dream era, California Gurls, Teenage Dream, Firework and E.T. are iconic, Last Friday Night to a lesser extent, and The One That Got Away, Part Of Me and Wide Awake aren't really iconic at all. The era lasted for years longer, had 5 more singles, and had more longevity. It's a no brainer that the Teenage Dream era was more iconic.
