Beyonce the album and the tour is much bigger than anything Katy has ever done. Katy has the bigger singles obviously but that is not as relevant especially when she can hardly outsell Bey even with two 1# singles. Endorsement and touring wise Bey has the upper hand as well.

Beyonce did incredibly well this era, but i think that Prism (as an era) is a big bigger so far
Bey just needs another smash single tbh!

I did state that Katys singles are far bigger than Beys, however BEYONCE is much bigger than Prism.

ATRL continues to favour quick lil singles over critical acclaim, strong non-discounted album sales, a revolutionary marketing technique, record breaking sales & the 5th highest grossing tour by a female of all time

Thank you. Katys opening sales compared to ROARS should explain it all

BEY has done incredibly well too for sure, but she falls short to Katy. The only thing she really has on her is the surprise release and hype around that.

Beyoncé was able to sustain high sales and outsell prism without the exposure of two mega-hits
Sure the first week was a lot of impulse purchases, but beyond that what has carried this album is quality
Prism is just another run-of-the-mill pop release, its era, the album as a whole isn't iconic or particularly memorable

She could of done dozens of televised performances to promote her singles/album like Katy, but no... She's been on tour...

Exactly
She hasn't associated it with an era. So it's not part of the Beyonce era. It just overlapped it.
And Beyonce had a break when the album was released, but she chose not to promote since the era is just about the music.
But you can't say the Mrs Carter tour was part of the Beyonce era just because it overlapped for one leg. Especially when most of the tour had the first setlist which had 8 songs from 4, more than any other album.

ATRL is doing the most again.
A multi platinum album, a successful single, critical acclaim, one of the biggest tours of all time, a revolutionary way of releasing and impact based on a name alone doesn't mean anything to you. I guess you can keep the #1 singles.

With this logic, the tour for Rated R is also the Loud tour when it overlapped
The twins confirmed a new tour is on the way.

I hope you know when the word "upcoming" is associated to Beyonce, it can translate into years of waiting. And where did they say this tour will be part of Beyonce (taking what you have been saying since the beginning)?

You act like she wouldn't outgross Katy if she did another tour.
There was an entire leg with the new album performed. We can compare it to Prism's data when the numbers are released.

omg
While on tour, Beyoncé was making an album.
While on tour she released an album.
While on the last leg of her tour she performed songs from the album.
The entire tour revolved around the making of this album, and it birthed its way into the last leg of the MCS.
What were all the Europeans witnessing exactly when they watched her perform ***Flawless, Partition, Drunk In Love, Haunted, etc?
Since it wasn't a part of the BEYONCE era and all, according to you.

Beyonce by far.
Let's talk some common sense here: Her album is selling amazingly well, she ha sone of the biggest tours female tours ever, her critical acclaim is huge, her presence in media is unbeatable, media and GP is obsessed with her, the way she delivered her album....
katy is only better in singles' performances (chart, live not ofc), but even then DIL has had much bigger impact on pop culture than any of prism's singles.
QUALITY: Beyonce by faaaaar
sales: beyonce
tour: beyonce
perofmrances: beyonce
singles success: katy
singles impact: beyonce
overall impact: beyonce
Beyonce is at her peak right now she is simply the biggest artist right now.
I have not seen in a long time an artist so much loved by GP and so much respected.
She is on another level in every possible way.
Katy is actually very weak contender against beyonce in every single possible way.
