If the show went out on a high there would always be a high chance of reviving it later down the line, instead they're running it into the ground and I can't see it being revived in the future.

She can also earn that money by working hard and touring instead of doing X Factor i guess. They may be hating on her but i don't see any lies in there. And this is just my opinion of course.
I can see where you're coming from with this but you must remember that she released the best solo record of her career, had a massive #1, and headlined a successful solo arena tour, all without XF.
She's clever. A one year contract means she can leave after a year if the ratings don't improve and she can say she tried. Then if they get bigger she can stay longer and continue ha comback.

Exactly. So she won't have to worry about being permanently associated with a failing franchise if things don't turn around. I don't see how anything bad can come from this news.
