She's still got a name for herself in the UK but it's coming up to 2 years now since she's released a single so she's been gone for a long time. The label haven't entirely forgotten the UK because I Wish was scheduled but I don't think they want her UK comeback to be with a lackluster song. Without UK radio support she is ****ed so it will be interesting how she is received.
Radio is the problem in the US as well and even Want U Back wasn't fully embraced despite it performing so well digitally. She definitely has potential for both markets but she will never smash in the UK. Whereas she has proved that she can smash in the US. Either way it's just down to the song and if the public take to it. I do think the label is doing the right thing with the UK, if the big radio stations give her a chance and she underperforms or flops than she'd most likely be blacklisted (see Amelia Lily's career
).
