If he's convicted of his crimes - especially the felony charges he's potentially facing in California, I could 100% see him deported - not because he's Justin Bieber, but because it makes sense to kick the criminals out and send them back where they came from rather than have them roam your streets and potentially reoffending.
Happens all the time. If you go to another country and break the law, you get kicked out. Standard procedure. Simple as that.
I think they dropped some of the charges in Florida but he's still got resisting arrest + driving without a license, plus the possible felony charges that could be filed in California for the criminal vandalism.
