To answer the question, I think it's more likely to smash in Europe than the states. The U.S is not in favor of the sound WB is pushing. Don't bring WFL into this because they're completely different, WFL has a chorus, doesn't have a profane word in it's title, is by a fresh young artist, etc.

Basically no one knows about this song, same goes for Applause. People now know about Britney's Vegas residency and the GMA dessert flop event. They even talked about this "surprise announcement" at newscasts here in Germany without wasting ANY word on a new single. And truste me, as soon as she does some promo the song will rise significantly.
