If it doesn't leak before February, a person at Pulse who works at a radio station (not the same one) said that he'll definitley leak it on February 2nd when he gets the promo at work.
Also, I dont think its fair to think it'll flop if it doesn't leak by the end of this week. I think the reason why Hollywood Records pushed back the single by alot is because they wanted to release it so that people dont get tired of it before the album drops.

April will see new records from many artists, including preteen favorites Aly & AJ. We will also see Hilary Duff, with her new untitled album. Most of us would say that the pop starlet is nothing but old bubblegum pop...but this time, its different. We all got a look at Hilary's first single, "Play With Fire" [remixed by Humpty Vission] in 2006, and this year there's loads more coming.
The "Material Girls" star gave us a sneak peek of her upcoming single "With Love" via the commercial for her fragrance [the vintage 'With Love...Hilary Duff'], and we all loved it! The popstar's debut hits "So Yesterday" and "Come Clean" were listed under the genre of "Children's Music" on iTunes, but 'With Love' is certainly not what you would expect Hilary to do.
"Beat of my Heart" and "Play With Fire", two of the artist's latest singles, bombed at the charts, even though "Most Wanted" [featuring 'Beat of my Heart', which was pathetic, according to us. Most of us wanted to barf after listening to 'To the beat of my' 44 times in one song] was #1 on the Billboard Charts for 2 weeks in a row.
"With Love", however, is already creating a hype amongst music lovers, blogs, forum boards and of course, Duff fans. The last huge single from Duff was 'Wake Up', but according to most of our predictions, "With Love" is going to be as huge as "Come Clean".
Director of our 'ARTIST UPDATE NEWSLETTERS' Arnold Weezer says, "Hilary Duff is going to be huge this year. 'Play With Fire' had some potential, but it didn't go for adds on radios, and neither did it get hype from any of the Duff fans. 'With Love' is confirmed to go for adds on Feburary 6th according to my promo sources, and we will get to test it on Feburary 2. The hype is more than enough, and if it is going for adds, it is going to be huge. That's the basic factor of a hit single."

I sent them an e-mail & they told me that they honestly thought it was gonna be a big hit. Also, they dont even usually like her music.

hilary + her label really think they're smart. LMAO, i don't like hilary but 'with love' sounded good on the commercial and they are retarded to purposely not leak it.  I might be wrong but after 2 months of waiting and add dates being moved gazillion times i wouldn't be surprised if radio just ignored this which would be sad b/c this is one of her few good sounding songs.

The strange thing is i like Beat of My Heart way more than the other singles.LOL.Maybe because the video influenced the song.
But of course,i wish Hilary all the best with this upcoming album.

Sorry, but FOR ME, its her worst single to date.
It's catchy but lame and tried too much to be sounded like 80s, rock , pop, and stuffs.
