YOU may think it's perfectly ok to use those words in a "playful" manner, but in reality you're being racist.
If black people want to take back the N word, they can, because it affected them
If gay people want to take back f*ggot/d*ke, they can, because it affected them.
If asians want to take back the ch*nk, the can, because it affected them.
but you can't change the meaning of a word to be fun and playful when it has all that negative weight on it. That's up to that specific group of people.

Oh sure, you can get all technical if you want - I don't care if I'm
technically a racist or not. I mean no harm in the way I use it, so I'm fine with my usage. I couldn't care less if I'm part of that culture or not, I will use it if I please. I don't have to get permission from anyone to use a
word.
The meaning is still there, yes, but the usage is the most vital. It's none of my concern if someone gets bothered by it. Not my problem, either. I don't have to be aware of everyone's feelings around me. But I know when and where to say it - and who to say it to. I have not talked to one person that I've used those terms on that has been offended.

That's double standards, though.
