In the US? Probably. But you know damn well Circus Era as a whole shat on IASF era as a whole in 2009 excluding album sales.
Single Ladies was huge, I agree but Womanizer+Circus+IUSA had consistency with sales WW.
The tour also had bigger gross even with fewer dates
What on EARTH are you babbling about?
The Circus had a higher grossing tour (The I Am Tour wasn't far behind), but Beyoncé sold more singles (especially digital) and albums. She also had more acclaim and awards.
Britney does not need a promo when her first album outsold Beyonce's entire discography
Anyway, in terms of album sales next era, it would be Beyonce. But in terms of tour and single sales, I gotta give it to Brit.
lmfao reaching into the past like a true britney stan. and judging from her LATEST album sales and the way bey has been dragging her through the mud she should actually consider doing promo this go round.
The Circus had a higher grossing tour (The I Am Tour wasn't far behind), but Beyoncé sold more singles (especially digital) and albums. She also had more acclaim and awards.
And it's a trend that an artist will often always decrease in sales each release. Britney's future albums will simply add to her already record-setting sales so IDK what the beyhive is bragging about when everything is all said and done Britney will be the more successful artist?
Acclaim - Beyoncé lol
Album sales - Beyoncé has outsold the other one every year since 2003, so
Touring - Circus Tour -> FF Tour DECLINE, nuff said Beyoncé
Single sales - tossup
