Beyonce is obviously a better performer. Better singer, better dancer, better concepts, more charismatic, etc. It's not for nothing she has headlined some of the biggest festivals in the world and will perform at the Superbowl next year.
She's also a bigger icon. J.Lo, despite having a big hit last year is unable to sell albums and tour tickets and is looked at as nothing more than a singing Kim Kardashian without a sextape.

And the Grammys don't mean a damn thing when they snubbed Mariah Carey for almost a decade, who is one of the best vocalists of all-time.
I will say Beyonce is a better vocalist. A better actress, no she is not. Better performer, well both are equal. While Beyonce slays in singing and choreographed routines, Jen slays in actual dancing and obviously entertainment. More global, Beyonce is not. Jen has alot more hits all-around and WW hits than Beyonce. And more iconic than Jen, no Beyonce is not, but her time will come though.
