It's true. I honestly wish there were more gender neutral toys for children to play with though.
I sometimes wonder how me and my brother (who has a 4 year old) are such polar opposites, he's a homophobe and just a complete bigot. It makes me kind of sad to see what he's teaching his child. He's not even allowed to play with gender neutral toys, if it isn't something sports, cars, or construction related he ain't gettin it lol. It's kind of weird because I'm sort of androgynous and my nephew loves me so much but I wonder with the things he's being taught, if he'll grow up to resent or dislike me when he's able to fully process this stuff. *sigh*
