Ever since she left the XF, Cheryl's sales went dooooooooooooown. Not CMN, it did well, but the album... 34k FOR NATION'S SWEETHEART? Oh, nice. Cher Lloyd sold more and she was one of the most hated persons in UK in 2010.
And what? That's Cheryls THIRD album. It took Nicole half a decade to get one out, it will be a while before she catches up.
Well Nobody knows who is most of the UK artist who never released anything in the US. Your point?
You have to start from something...
Cheryl could have use What To Expect When You'Re Expecting movie and XFactor, promo plus Ryan Murphy allegedly approach her to sing Parachute on Glee and she refused...
Cheryl clearly said she doesnt want to break the US. That's her choice and its reasonable.
Nothing wrong with that. Not every artist MUST make it in the US.

Yes but she still released it. And we'll see what will she do with the first year of XF platform in UK. She had NO platform in 2010 and 2011 and she still did amazing.
I didn't say that. She had a big peak in UK but looks like she is not as big as she used to be a few years ago.
She has the biggest and fastest selling single of the year, for the third time. The album didn't do as well as her previous ones but the fact is Cheryl was bigger at her peak that Nicole has ever and will ever be.

You already said it. She released only 1 album after "half a decade". Why don't you just wait and see what will she do after XF platform in 2013 and then say will she ever be as "big as Cheryl was"?
