Run 1 hour a day.
Don't believe those who tell you to do crunches.
Crunches only build the ab muscles,
but do not get rid of the fat.
The best way to lose belly fat is by burning more
calories than you take.
Therefore, the best way to burn more calories is by
exercising everyday .. so that you won't have to cut
that much on your food. (or going on a regime)
(But cutting on fat foods will help too)
