It's kind of sad how (judging by Twitter), he's obviously disappointed by his album's sales, and judging by this single, he seems to have done absolutely NOTHING in attempt to remedy that, he's just released a song exactly like the ones that made Fortune flop.
He obviously doesn't understand he needs to stop doing songs like that if he wants a top 5 hit and an album that sells well.
