If they were, those "nobodies and locals" you claim they are, Gaga shouldn't wanted them to be her opening art for her world tour, and interscope wouldn't ever mind about signing them, and trying to make them join the Gaga's tour (which was one of the few reasons they broke up with Interscope records)
