This is part of the problem though. When someone doesn't like Gaga, her fans assume it's because they're "jealous" or "pressed" and don't even try to fathom the idea that maybe they have an actual reason for not liking her.

8 million is just standard inflation. I don't like it, but all albums are inflated by stanbases. It's hardly anything to get too annoyed over. All fanbases lie and exaggerate, I don't see why the Little Monsters need to be singled out for it.

She has said before that every song she writes starts off as a ballad because she composes it on the piano. If anything, it's more natural when she plays any song on the piano because it's in its truest form.

I agree with this she is overpraised. She's great but she's not a God. She's not holy if people don''t like her they shouldn't be called names and treated badly. I thinks that's why people don't like her she's way to over hyped, her stans make it 1,000 times worse. I remember they told they hoped Boy George they hope he died of aids because he dissed her. He didn't serve that that really made me angry reading that.

Also, can I just say that I'm okay with people criticizing and downplaying her success, generally most of us do it to others as well and that's what makes this site fun and interesting however what bothers me the most is that when people like Rentboy dedicate majority of their time to researching an artist they clearly do not like. To even confidently insist that BTW only sold 5.4 in 2011 goes to show how far ones obsession and hatred goes and that is really what's sad in the fun of stanning. I couldn't even guess how many copies MDNA has sold because I really don't care.
